Introduction to Syntax
Assignment before our first meeting:
Please watch all of the videos listed below. While watching, take notes on the content and submit your notes in the designated “Assignment” section on K-LMS.
1. If you take handwritten notes, please take a clear photo of them and upload it.
2. If you type your notes using Word or another program, please convert the file to PDF before uploading it to KMLS.

Note 1: This assignment has two purposes. First, it is intended to help you decide whether or not to take this course. Second, we will use the video content as the basis for activities during the discussion time in the first class session.
Note 2: In accordance with Keio University’s requirement of 15 class sessions per course, the assigned pre-class video will be counted as one full session. This is because only 14 in-person meetings are possible during the semester, and the video is intended to compensate for the remaining session.
